Obtain your Labour Contract copy online (MOL UAE)
With updates to MOL(Ministry of Labour) processes, there have been certain slight changes to how you can get your Labour Contract Online on MOL UAE website.
I have previously written on how to check you labour contract online through MOL website. This article is an update to the original article. MOL has also made it possible to check your labour contract information through a smartphone app.
Step by step guide to checking your Labour Contract Online on MOL website(image tutorial)
Below I will provide you step by step guide to check and get your labour contract online. There are 2 possibilities here. You may have Labour Card or you may not have a labour card. The following steps are if you have labour card.
Step 2: On the eServices page, visit eNetwasal Services
Step 3: On the next page, you will click on Contract Information.
Step 4: On the next page you will see 2 options-
Do you have Labour Card: Yes or No
Step 5: Once you select YES, on the next screen you should enter the relevant details like below-
Your labour card number: The labour card number is printed on the front of your Labour card.
Person code: This is a unique number to each employee and can be obtained from your HR or your WPS account.
Once you have entered correct details, you will be provided with a copy of Labour Contract copy which you can print as shown in the below image.
So, you see, it is very simple to get your labour contract.
What if you do not have your Labour Card number or Person code?
On the Step 4 above, you will need to select- Do you have Labour Card: Yes or No. Select No.
Once you have selected No, you will have to enter your details as in below:
Once you have selected Next, you will be presented with the Receipt. You will need to take this receipt to a nearest Tasheel Centre and you will be provided with a copy of your Labour Contract.
So, you can see how easy it is to obtain a copy of your labour contract online through MOL website.
It is essential that you should have a copy of your labour contract and read through every clause. Your employer should provide you with a copy or else, you could also obtain your labour contract online through above steps. Verify that you have signed the contract yourself. If you have any doubts, it is better to clarify with your company or employer right at the beginning of your employment.
